Marvelous location and large breakfast with many choices.

The staff here is informative, bright rooms. Af for me the food is good, and they have lots of meals.

I appreciated it, and I found the staff extremely responsive. The breakfast was excellent and offered lots of outstanding food. Thanks to an exquisite service I had a nice stay. Optimal location to provincetown library...

The hotel was cheery and clean in general. Stocked and tidy room, pleasant staff. The location was prime for me. Besides, it was not far from tennis courts, all the shops. The pool was lovely, with a hot tub and a whirlpool. I loved my fine stay.

The bed was super, so we had a really nice stay. We loved to be here, its location and rooms. That was modern hotel set in downtown area. Very clean pool area too...

Had very peaceful stay overall, magical place and the weather was warm sunny. Beautiful bedrooms and incredible beds. Centrally based in a cozy area. At 0.5 km distance from the airport.

We would have stayed for longer as everything met all requests. Pool view and great service. Rooms were very clean, with a heating system, a coffeemaker and a dining area...

What a great hotel! The venue has suite. Think it's best Provincetown's place to stay.

we enjoyed the rooms and views. you will be about a 10-minute drive from town beach. we took a standard queen suite and it had a flat-screen tv with cable channels, a sitting area and an ironing set. suitable place for a 2-night stay.

Comfortable bed, I slept like a baby. Staff are helpful. Tourist destinations like commercial street were not far from the hotel.

We do recommend it as we liked this hotel. Easy access to Provincetown Municipal airport, within 6 miles. Parking was on-site.

We greatly enjoyed the rooms with view over the beach. Located in 15 minutes' drive to the airport.

The hotel was situated in front of the Breakwater Motel bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance. If you wish to visit commercial street, this place is perfect
